The Association of Nepali Teraians in America (ANTA) proudly announces the grand success of its 8th General Convention & 20th Anniversary Celebration, held in Washington, D.C.
🌟 Inauguration
The program was formally inaugurated by Chief Guest Rt. Hon. Upendra Yadav, Former Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Nepal, current Member of Parliament, and President of Janata Samajwadi Party, Nepal, together with Convention Chairman & ANTA President Mr. Mohan Kumar Yadav, and Mr. Vijay Kumar Choudhury, Tourism Goodwill Ambassador for California (Government of Nepal) and Advisor of ANTA.
🎤 Program Hosts & Moderation
The convention was hosted and moderated by ANTA General Secretary Dr. Ravindra Mandal and ANTA Spokesperson Mrs. Kanchan Choudhury, with the special presence of Immediate Past President Dr. Indradev Shah and Senior Vice President Mr. Kusheshwar Mandal.

🗳 Election & New Team
Under the strong leadership of President Mohan Kumar Yadav, the Election Committee Chairman and the Board of Trustee Chairman, Dr. Rambabu Yadav, officially announced the newly elected ANTA Central Executive Team for 2025–2027. This marks a renewed chapter of service, unity, and cultural pride for our community.

The convention not only celebrated ANTA’s 20 years of contribution but also reflected on the rich arts, culture, festivals, and heritage of Madhesh/Terai — reaffirming ANTA’s mission to preserve and promote identity, unity, and cultural pride across the diaspora.
