Sub: Expulsion of ANTA membership of Mrs. Aprajita Jha, Mr. Dhiraj Chaudhary, and Mr.Mukesh Karna As per decision of ANTA CEC meeting held on 10/31/2021, three individuals namely Mrs. Aprajita Jha, Mr. Dhiraj Chaudhary, and Mr. Mukesh Karna were expelled from ANTA organization revoking their membership as per recommendation of ANTA Ethics and Disciplinary Committee as per ANTA Bylaws Article VIII.2.
Below are some of their activities that violated ANTA Bylaws and objectives.
1. Mrs. Aprajita Jha resigned from ANTA president on May 31, 2020 and Mr. Dhiraj Chaudhary was removed by ANTA General Secretary on 9/12/2020, but they still continued to run the parallel CEC by forming an illegal group of their close individuals against the ANTA Bylaws. Mr. Mukesh Karna has involved in these illegal activities as well.
2. Immediate ANTA CEC meeting minutes have shown that they have been involved in illegal ANTA activities by sending several unauthorized press releases to ANTA community about the removal of ANTA CEC officers, illegal fund raising, illegal distribution of ANTA funds, formation of ANTA unofficial chapter without the consent of existing ANTA CEC, ANTA Chapter president, and ANTA chapter General secretary. They have been involved in misusing ANTA name and logo. They continued to play conspiracy role to divide the ANTA community and destroy the goodwill of the organization.
3. The ANTA 6th General Convention was successfully held on 8/21/2021and new ANTA CEC team was elected which is currently functional effective from 8/21/2021 as per the mandate of the convention as per ANTA Bylaws. These individuals are still running the parallel CEC opposite to the newly elected ANTA CEC led by Mr. Mohan Yadav. They are misusing ANTA logo and ANTA name to fulfill their personal interests. They are misusing ANTA website (www.terai.org) by posting unauthorized and incorrect information to the ANTA website that is destroying the reputation and goodwill of the ANTA organization.
4. They have been involved in illegal fund raising and illegal fund distribution in the name of ANTA using ANTA name and logo without the knowledge of ANTA CEC led by Mr. Mohan Yadav and ANTA treasurer Dr. Bikash Singh.
5. They are making illegal gathering in the name of ANTA to divide our community. They have not transferred the properties including the Bank account to the newly elected ANTA CEC.
6. They have announced illegal ANTA Annual meeting for December 4th, 2021 in Washington DC which complete violets ANTA bylaws and ethics, and norm of the organization. (please note that Annual meeting is done only once in the 1st year of the tenure.). We would like to appeal ANTA community to support and help the elected ANTA CEC team led by Mr. Mohan Yadav to save our organization and serve our community.
